At Big Load Trailer Rentals, we strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility for all our customers. Please review our return and refund policy before booking:
Cancellations & Refunds
High Season (April 1 – November 30):

Free cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.
Low Season (December 1 – March 31):

Free cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.
Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are processed promptly upon approval of your cancellation request.
No-Shows & Early Returns

No-shows and early returns are not eligible for refunds, as the trailer is reserved and unavailable for other customers during the rental period.
Equipment Issues
If a trailer experiences a mechanical issue during your rental period:

Contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement trailer or partial/full refund based on the downtime and circumstances.
